What service! I was blown away by the kindness you showed me today when you squeezed me in for a wash and rough dry. I was a total stranger never having been to the salon before, yet despite this I had a professional and friendly experience, which from what I could see is the norm and to top it all when I tried to pay it wash complementary – what can I say other than THANK YOU for making me feel human again.
I’ll certainly be back when I’m in full health.
